TERMS & CONDITIONS
DELIVERY
Delivery cost £7.95 per order.
We use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. The item will arrive before 1pm the day after it is dispatched based on normal working days ie. not weekends or bank holidays.
All orders in stock will be shipped out within 2-3 working days. Please note that custom orders and made to measure rings and bangles may take up to 2-3 weeks to be handmade and shipped.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery costs £14.00 per order.
We use Royal Mail’s International Tracked & Signed service and delivery times are approx 5 - 9 working days, from the date it is dispatched, based on normal working days ie. not weekends and bank holidays.
International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any import duties, sales taxes or other customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Items should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can not be returned or exchanged. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned. If you are posting the item back to us, we recommend that you use a secure, trackable method and insure the item as we will not be responsible for loss intransit. Also it is a good idea to retain proof of posting.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange your item for a different piece, this can be done up to 14 days from purchase providing that the item has not been worn, is in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If the value of the new item exceeds the original, you will be required to pay the difference. If the value of the new item is lower than the original piece then the difference will be credited via PayPal. Please note if the item has been personalised, it cannot be exchanged. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.
PACKAGING
All jewellery is beautifully packed with care and attention to detail. Each parcel may differ slightly, for example flowers, colouring of ribbon, handmade papers etc. If you have any special requests please email before purchasing.
WEAR & TEAR
Your beautiful handmade jewellery has been desinged to give it that timeworn look and will only get better with age. It is however not recommended that you wear your jewellery when participating in sports, sleeping or swimming. Also avoid contact with creams, perfume and make-up. Avoid running the charm along the chain/bangle as this will wear out the silver. Solvents, bleaches, household chemicals and cleaning products can tarnish silver. Some skin types can make the silver go black - this is only surface discolouration and can easily be removed with a soft, clean cloth.
Size Guide
Here are some tips to bear in mind with sizing ~
For the larger GRANDE rings we advise to go up half a size than your normal size. For example if you are normally a size M, please order M 1/2.
Your finger size will change slightly throughout the day, depending on the temperature and amount of physical activity.
Please do not measure your finger size when your hands are cold. They could measure up to a half size smaller than normal.
Your ring should fit comfortably on your finger. It should be snug enough not to fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle to take it off.
Most of the rings can be resized by a size or two, but it’s best if you know your finger size rather than guessing.
If you are unsure of your size, the most accurate way to find out is to visit a local jewellers.
If you require a finger size that isn’t listed on the website, please message us so we can confirm that it is possible. Most of the rings can be made in half sizes as well. Once we confirm that the size is possible, please continue to place your order through the website, choosing the closest size and add a note letting us know you require a different or half size.
